I have heard many times from people coming back from underdeveloped nations. They went to help solve the "big" problems. And came back realizing that so many of the "big" problems could be solved by solving a "little" problem:
CLEAN WATER.
Every day 4500 mothers bury their children due to contaminated water. They are forced to sustain the lives of their families with a diabolical liquid that contains both death and life. This lack of access to clean water is the leading cause of death in underdeveloped nations. And it just doesn't have to be.
For a fraction of what Americans spend during the holidays, the whole world could be equipped with clean water. So we are joining together to trade consumerism for compassion and buy
Water for Christmas.
All proceeds from this site go directly to the highly recognized non-profit,
charity:water, who in turn takes 100% straight to clean water solutions in West Africa.
All items cost $20. For $20, one African will receive life-saving clean water for 20 years. $5000 drills a well for an entire village.
